In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, Nanning Education Bureau recently issued the "five management" negative list of primary and secondary schools in Nanning (Trial) ", which puts forward specific requirements for further improving the five management of primary and secondary school students' mobile phones, sleep, homework, reading materials and physique.
In terms of homework management,桑拿 the school is required to strictly control the total amount of written homework every day (including weekends, national legal holidays, winter and summer holidays). Once again, the first and second grades of primary school do not assign written homework, the third to sixth grades do not finish the written homework more than 60 minutes per day on average, and the junior middle school does not finish the written homework more than 90 minutes per day on average. Teachers are not allowed to assign homework through SMS, QQ, wechat, etc., and written homework is not allowed for subjects without class on that day. Repetitive and punitive assignments shall not be arranged, and written assignments shall not be required to be completed by students on electronic equipment. The homework should be finished in class, and students' time should not be occupied. Teachers shall not require students to approve and revise their homework by themselves.
In the future, parents will also be "lightened", and the document requires that homework should not be assigned to parents or arranged in disguised form, and parents should not be asked to check and correct homework. Parents' signature is not used as the basis for judging students' homework. At the same time, off campus training institutions are not allowed to arrange homework in any form, such as preview before class, consolidation after class, homework practice, wechat group punch in and so on.
In terms of sleep management, it is proposed that families and schools should ensure that primary and secondary school students have enough sleep time. The daily sleep time of primary school students should not be less than 10 hours, junior high school students should not be less than 9 hours, and senior high school students should not be less than 8 hours. Primary and secondary schools should guide parents and students to work out a schedule for students. Primary school students usually go to bed no later than 21:20, junior high school students generally no later than 22:00, and senior high school students generally no later than 23:00. If individual students fail to finish their homework by bedtime, parents and teachers shall not ask students to finish their homework by staying up late or getting up early to reduce sleep time. The training end time of off campus training institutions shall not be later than 20:30.
In terms of mobile phone management, it is strictly forbidden for students to bring personal mobile phones, tablet computers and other electronic products into the classroom. In special cases, those who go through the examination and approval procedures should be brought into the school for unified custody. Teachers do not rely on mobile phones to arrange homework, but in principle use paper homework. Teachers should not rely too much on electronic products in teaching. In principle, the teaching time of using electronic products should not exceed 30% of the total teaching time.
In the management of reading materials, it is strictly forbidden to force or force students to buy extra-curricular reading materials in disguised form. It is not allowed to organize the unified purchase of extra-curricular reading materials in the name of school, grade, class or family Committee. Teachers are not allowed to recommend extra-curricular reading materials outside the recommended catalogue to students. No unit or individual is allowed to sell extracurricular reading materials by holding lectures, training and other activities on campus.
Physical management, schools should ensure that primary school physical education and health class no less than 4 hours a week, middle school no less than 3 hours. The school should arrange at least 30 minutes of large recess activities every day. Mental health education should not be less than 9 class hours per semester. The opening hours of school psychological counseling room shall not be less than 5 hours per week.
